I can't believe it! In one week, I will be jetsetting across the ocean to Dublin. It's been a dream for this Irish lass for as long as I can remember and thanks to my school, it's finally happening. I'll be there for 2 weeks, staying at Trinity College right in the heart of Dublin, with 3 other students from my university. I'm overwhelmed with excitement but I'm a tad nervous at the same time. Seeing as how my first ever flight took place last August to New Hampshire, I'm a little anxious about an overnight flight over water to another country. But I know after 7 and a half hours (and possibly some Tylenol PM), it will all be worth it. I can't wait to walk down Grafton St. and get my shop on, to see the Book of Kells and experience the beauty that is the Trinity College library. Can't wait to see 2 plays at the Abbey Theatre and I especially can't wait to experience the taste of a TRUE Guinness...none of that watered-down mess they serve here in the states.
